XOLOITZCUINTLI CLUB OF AMERICA (XCA) BREEDER WEB LISTING REQUEST

As a service to the public, the XOLOITZCUINTLI CLUB OF AMERICA (XCA) provides its member-breeders with the opportunity to list their names and relevant contact information on the XCA-MEMBER BREEDERS webpage of the XCA website. The cost of a listing is $30.00 per year, payable by check (made out to Xoloitzcuintli Club of America) or PayPal through the XCA website.  Checks received that are made out incorrectly will be returned immediately to current/prospective member.  If we do not have your form on file when payment is received, you will not be listed.  The XCA Board of Directors will decide on the use of the income from the breeders’ listings on the web for matters related to breeders, such as (but not limited to): public education, judges’ education, breeder education, fighting anti-dog legislative endeavors, and other breed interests.

All breeders requesting to be listed must sign/execute this release the first year of their web listing. This release will be kept on file with the XCA for as long as the listing is renewed. If you fail to pay the annual renewal fee in any subsequent year, your release form will lapse and you will be required to submit a new listing form along with your payment in order to be re-listed.

1)  Initial applicant must maintain membership for at least 2 years prior to submitting an application to be listed and have bred at least 1 litter of the size advertised.

2)    This form is for members only.  Non-members will not be allowed to be listed

3)    First time applicants are required to include a signed COREP with their submission

4)    By signing this form, you acknowledge you have read and understand the health testing recommendations from the AKC

5)    Forms, funds, etc. received by anyone other than the XCA Treasurer will be returned to sender.  If paying by check, hard copy forms must be submitted with payment

6)    Applicant understands that adds, changes and updates will only be done once a month by the webmaster (rather than a per request basis) and that the applicant is solely responsible for the content of their XCA web listing.  Add, changes, updates, etc. should be emailed to the XCA-Member Breeders Committee chairperson

7)    By renewing your listing (payment required), you agree to renew/extend this contract with XCA

I, (please print name) ____________________________________, confirm that I am a member in good standing of The XOLOITZCUINTLI CLUB OF AMERICA, and that as of this date, I am in good standing with the American Kennel Club. I understand that XCA reserves the right to remove any listing, or any portion of a listing, of any XCA-member breeder who terminates his/her XCA membership, is suspended or expelled from XCA, or is suspended by AKC (web listings will be removed for the duration of any suspension). As a condition of my listing, I, my heirs, successors and assigns, agree to hold XCA harmless and to indemnify XCA with respect to any and all causes of action or liabilities whatsoever that may arise from or in any way relate to my listing on the XCA-MEMBER BREEDERS webpage.

By signing this form, I expressly authorize XCA to include the following information in my breeder listing and understand that this information will be available to the general public via the Internet. Listing will include name, state, city, email address, and website if provided. Phone number is optional.
